This Privacy Policy explains how 21ST Q Ltd. ("Wisp," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares your personal information when you use the Wisp application and related services ("Service"), and it describes the rights and choices available to you. By accessing or using the Service you agree to the practices described below. If you disagree with any part of this Policy you must cease use of the Service.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide

When you create an account or interact with the Service you may supply your name, contact details, account credentials, profile data, messages, photos, videos, in-app characters, payment details routed through third-party marketplaces, preferences, settings, feedback, support requests, and any other information you choose to submit.

1.2 Information collected automatically

When you use the Service we automatically log device characteristics such as operating system, browser type, and model; your Internet protocol (IP) address and coarse location; usage statistics and analytic events; performance metrics and crash reports; and identifiers from cookies or similar technologies.

2. How We Use Your Information

2.1 Service provision

We process your information to operate, maintain, and improve the Service, including delivering AI-generated content as described in our Terms of Service.

2.2 Account management

Your data enables us to authenticate you, administer your profile, and provide customer support.

2.3 Personalisation

We tailor features, content, and recommendations based on your activity and stated preferences.

2.4 Analytics

Aggregated and de-identified metrics help us understand usage patterns and enhance performance.

2.5 Security

We use information to detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or unauthorised access.

2.6 Communication

We may send transactional messages, updates, and legally required notices. Marketing emails are sent only with your consent and include an opt-out mechanism.

2.7 Legal compliance

Processing of personal data also occurs where necessary to comply with applicable laws or valid legal requests.

3. How We Share Your Information

3.1 Service providers

We engage vetted third-party processors for cloud hosting, storage, analytics, payment facilitation, customer-support tooling, and email delivery; they receive only the data required to perform their functions and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

3.2 Legal requirements

We may disclose information if compelled by law, court order, or governmental request, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

3.3 Business transfers

If we undergo a merger, acquisition, reorganisation, or asset sale, your information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to the promises in this Policy.

4. Data Security

We employ technical and organisational safeguards—such as encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, regular security audits, continuous monitoring, and staff training—to help protect your information. No security measure is infallible; therefore we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We store personal information only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described herein, to comply with legal obligations, to resolve disputes, or to enforce our agreements. Account data persists until you delete your account; usage logs are retained for analytics and integrity checks; support communications remain as required for service quality and legal record-keeping.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may exercise these rights by e-mailing or, where available, through in-app controls. We will respond in accordance with applicable data-protection laws (for example, the GDPR, CCPA, or equivalent statutes).

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, SDKs, and similar tools to recognise you, analyse usage, and personalise the Service. You can disable cookies in your browser or device settings; however, some features may not function properly.

8. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate. We rely on recognised legal mechanisms—such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions—to protect such transfers and will take additional measures where required.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under thirteen years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under thirteen. If we learn that we have inadvertently obtained such information we will delete it promptly. Users between thirteen and sixteen may only use Wisp where local law permits and subject to the age restrictions set out in our Terms of Service.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may amend this Policy to reflect changes in law, technology, or our practices. Material changes will be announced by updating the "Last updated" date and by displaying a prominent notice in the app or via e-mail at least thirty calendar days before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date signifies acceptance.
